This is where it all started. Although not the debut album for me (this was my third album under MellowYellow), I’d like to say this is where I started finding my identity as an artist. Released in 2022, this was the first project where I said to myself, “Hey, this is actually kind of listenable,” which to this day is probably the best praise I’ve ever given myself. Tackling issues head-on about identity and culture, Atlanta, South Korea is the gateway to self-discovery and the reason for my brand today. It’s more than a location, more than an album; it’s who I am.
